KüK provides the goods available on this site subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
By accessing this site and purchasing from it, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions without limitation or qualification and that you are bound to them.
1. Pricing
Prices listed on the website are VAT exclusive. VAT is charged at 17.5% for sales within the UK and at 0% for international sales. There are currently no shipping costs however we reserve the right to increase shipping costs in line with postal increases.
2. Delivery
Delivery times are subject to stock availability. We aim to dispatch products in stock within 24 hours. Allow 1 - 3 working days for delivery within the UK and 3 - 10 working days for international delivery. All products are shipped by recorded delivery. The delivery charge is calculated based on the weight of the goods.
3. Refunds and Returns
We do not offer refunds on products that have been opened. Customers are liable for the cost of returns unless the product was dispatched in error or is faulty. In this case if the product is returned within 5 working days of receipt, a refund will be given. Ingredients are fully listed in our product descriptions so please check before you buy as we do not give refunds on products on grounds of being sensitive to them. Although the products are 100% natural, there may be individiuals that are sensitive to certain essential oils.
4. Payment
Payment can be made by credit / debit card, with or without a PayPal account. All payments are processed securely by PayPal. Payments will be charged in British pounds Sterling (GBP).
5. Custom, Duty and Taxes
Please note that it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.
